An unforgettable June LGBTQ Pride Month goes out with a bang - as Max and Taylor tied the knot, and both LAFC and Angel City hosted their Pride nights back-to-back this past weekend. Daisy and Luke may be tired, but we are excited to bring you this - our sixth of the month - episode to celebrate Pride one more time.
At 13'15", our Day in Gay begins with a new survey that has new info on how Americans view the LGBTQ community and identify as LGBTQ. After that we share some news about court cases knocking down some of the recent anti-LGBTQ legislation, thoughts on the recent US-Mexico men's Nation's League semi-final, and then shout-outs to the awesome folks at Shea Butter FC (@sheabutterfc on Twitter) and Diaspora United FC (@diasporautdpod on Twitter), as well as to Jake Daniels on some new developments. And then at 45'15" Colleen Nielsen and Andria Venturina, supporters of LAFC, share their stories, including what it's like for them going to the stadium to cheer on both the black and gold and Angel City FC.
